Deaconess Ministry

Mission: Serve God’s people through spiritual care and works of mercy, such as ministering to spiritual and physical needs while encouraging and promoting spirituality throughout the body of Christ.

Missionary Ministry

Mission: Promote the spreading of the gospel and carry out missionary efforts in the spirit of God’s love and mercy.

Sunday School Ministry

Mission: Sunday School helps us gain knowledge of God’s Word, grow in faith, and equips us to share the Good News with others.
Sunday School: Sundays 9:30 AM-10:45 AM
Classes available for Youth, Teens, and Adults We welcome participation and encourage all to join us for Sunday School.
Outreach Ministry
Believers Feeders
Chair: Debra Alston
Mission: Dedicated to the teaching of Christ by serving our neighbors facing hunger in the community. Our mission is to volunteer and passionately serve our community by providing nourishment and fostering hope among those facing food insecurities. If you have a heart for local outreach, Believers Feeders Ministry is for you!
Opportunities to serve and support
- Prepare and serve breakfast every fourth Saturday 5:30 AM-8:00 AM at Potter’s House Community Kitchen **All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present**
- Ongoing nonperishable food item donation drives to help stock the shelves at Greensboro Urban Ministry Choice Pantry. Collection boxes located in church vestibule
Community Outreach
Promote the gospel of Christ and express the love and compassion of Jesus to our community neighbors outside the church walls.

Health & Wellness
Believers Achievers

Believers Achievers is a holistic health and wellness program providing education and resources to achieve optimal physical and mental health and well-being. Educational topics that focus on self-care, promotion of healthy lifestyles and disease prevention are presented twice monthly.

Penny Fund
